The urban strategy opens up two large scale green spaces as neighbourhood landscapes. Along the Tramstrasse, the green belt of the Dreispitzareal is being continued into the grown district. Across the Saatlenstrasse, a large scale free space identifies the Area as a local and highly public recreational and leisure area.
The complete and extensive school program is unified within only one large scale slab building. The lenght is structured by stabilizing satellite figures, which are programmed with rather public spaces, such as library and the office department for teachers. Horizontal access galleries and ramps are being held together with several spiral stairs.
